Returns policy
Guidelines for returning or exchanging footwear purchased from Luxestep LLC.
Eligibility
Unworn items in original condition, with tags attached when provided, may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless a product page states otherwise.
How to start a return
Contact the team with your order details and the reason for the return. You will receive return instructions by email or phone.
Exchanges
Size exchanges depend on available stock. If the preferred size is unavailable, a return refund can be arranged according to the original payment method once processing is connected.
